What is the minimum order quantity?
Domestic market: sold by the unit, by the box or by the pallet. Export: minimum of one pallet.
What are the delivery times for exports?
These vary depending on the destination (port or delivery location) and the chosen Incoterm. They are confirmed in the quotation, following confirmation of the order. The indicative preparation time is approximately one week for a container.
Which Incoterms do you offer, and to which destinations?
We offer EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP. We ship to Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and North America, and to all destinations subject to feasibility.
What documents do you provide for export?
Certificate of origin, health certificate, analysis reports, pro forma invoice and commercial invoice.
Is your oil certified organic?
Yes, we sell organic olive oil certified by the CCPB, certification no. CC/TN 04698. Bulk oil is available in organic or conventional varieties, depending on your requirements.
What is the shelf life, and how should the oil be stored?
The shelf life of extra virgin olive oil is 2 years. In bulk, it is stored in food-grade stainless steel tanks. Once packaged, it must be kept away from light and heat.
Can we receive samples?
Samples are available to trade customers on request. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
What are the payment terms?
Bank transfer, or an irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit.
